Established in the year of 1983, KUMAR & COMPANY is a well-known consultancy firm that renders comprehensive professional services in various aspects of Income Tax, GST (including past matters in VAT and Service Tax), Company Law/ LLP matters, Audit, Accounting Services, Financial Planning and Project Management.

Mr. KUMAR B. DAND, the enthusiastic leader of the Team belongs to Kutchi (KDO) (Gujarati) community. With his hard work and determination, he has acquired immense knowledge in various fields of taxation. He initially commenced his journey with tax consultancy but now the firm has grown into a huge tree with numerous branches that offer various services and embarks a successful journey for Mr. Kumar B. Dand and continues to develop a stronger client base. As an individual, he leaves his foot prints in various endeavors with the help of his analytical skills, prompt decision making, positive attitude and his ever-ready willingness to serve the society. He was a Chairman to Shri Arihant Co-operative Bank Ltd, an eminent Co-operative Bank with more than 8 branches in Maharashtra and played a chief role in Kutchi Dasa Oswal Community Mahajan and Ananth Nath Derasar Trust, which are important sectors of Kutchi (KDO) Community. Apart from consultancy in Taxation fields he is also MDRT Advisor (3times) of ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE.

His wife, Mrs. Toral K. Dand has always supported him in his professional journey and runs another professional firm in the name of Computer Consultancy, that provides accounting services to various clients including partnership firms and companies. She has also been an LIC Agent since more than 20 years. Moreover, she is also a partner in a well-established share & stock brokering firm ANANT INVESTMENTS, which is a franchise of VENTURA SECURITIES LIMITED (a member BSE, NSE) dealing in shares, mutual funds, derivatives & commodities.

Supporting his vision to expand the business and explore various opportunities to serve the clients, CA. Devang Kumar Dand (son of Mr. Kumar Dand) joined the team and is leading audit and litigation matters of the firm. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant and LLB, Devang has an experience of more than 10 years in the fields of accounting, auditing and taxation. He is the proprietor of Devang Kumar Dand & Associates, Chartered Accountants. The KUMAR & COMPANY Group also has a Business Associate B. H. Doshi & Associates, whose proprietor is CA Bhavik Doshi. Another important member of the group is Mrs. Lisa Devang Dand who provides advices to clients on their investment needs based on their expectations for returns and their risk appetite.
